Wine Tasting at Monochrome
At Monochrome, we offer both indoor tastings by appointment and, when weather and capacity allow, outdoor tastings and by-the-glass offerings on our patio (without an appointment). Our indoor tastings are designed to be intimate and to provide guests an opportunity to learn about wine, winemaking, wine history and wine pairing, directly from our winemaker or a wine educator. We offer indoor tastings Wednesdays through Sundays (Thursday through Sunday during December - April), with tastings starting at 11:00, 12:15, 1:30, 2:45 and 4:00. We encourage questions and interaction, and we typically pour a selection of five of our wines.
The tasting fee for our indoor tastings is $35 per person, and we refund one tasting fee per two bottle purchase. Tastings are complimentary for club members and a number of their guests (based upon club level). Club benefits apply immediately if someone in your party joins the club during your tasting.
Our outdoor tastings or wine by the glass on our patio do not require an appointment, but are subject to availability and weather conditions. Our patio tastings are an abbreviated version of our indoor tastings, typically include four of our wines and are great for walk-in customers or those who prefer a simpler experience. The tasting fee for our outdoor tastings is $30 per person and we refund one tasting fee per two bottle purchase. Tastings are complimentary for club members and a number of their guests (based upon club level). Club benefits apply immediately if someone in your party joins the club during your tasting.
Note: our patio is small, and the weather in Paso can be variable, so if you really want to taste at Monochrome, we recommend making an appointment for an indoor tasting.
