Tasting Policies
ON-TIME ARRIVALS
Our tasting appointments are scheduled on 75-minute intervals, and out of respect to our customers, we attempt to start and complete them at the appointed times. So please try to arrive on time. Our tasting room is small, and we do not have a designated waiting room, so if you arrive early, we may not be able to seat you until your appointed time. If you arrive a little late, we will try to accommodate you and adjust the tasting experience when possible. However, if you arrive significantly late, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please call us if it looks like you are going to be late.
DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS
We welcome animals so long as they are well-behaved, not disruptive to guests or other animals, and do not damage items in the tasting room.
CHILDREN
We welcome children so long as they are well-behaved, not disruptive to other guests, and do not damage items in the tasting room. Please note, however, that our tasting room is small and intimate, and we do not have a lot of space for children to entertain themselves.
LARGE GROUPS
Our tasting room is small and cannot accommodate more than 10 or 12 people, so please contact us if your group is larger than six people. Also, please note that our tastings are set up to be interactive and educational, so excessive socializing within a large group may be disruptive to other guests.
WALK-INS
We attempt to accomodate walk-ins when space is available and they arrive at approximately a scheduled start time for our tastings.
FOOD
Food is not permitted in our tasting room or on our tasting patio, nor do we offer food, cheese plates, etc.
