Wine Tasting at Monochrome
Tastings at Monochrome are designed to be intimate and to provide guests an opportunity to learn about wine, winemaking, wine history and wine pairing, directly from our winemaker or a wine educator. We offer tastings Wednesdays through Sundays (Thursday through Sunday during January) at our small tasting room in Tin City (Paso Robles), with tastings starting at 11:00, 12:15, 1:30, 2:45 and 4:00. Our indoor tastings are by appointment, we encourage questions and interaction, and we typically pour a selection of four to six of our wines.
The tasting fee is $35 per person, and we refund one tasting fee per two bottle purchase. Tastings are complimentary for club members and a number of their guests (based upon club level). Club benefits apply immediately if someone in your party joins the club during your tasting.
We also offer an abbreviated outdoor tasting or wine by the glass on our patio. These do not require an appointment, but are subject to availability and weather conditions. Our patio tastings are great for walk-in customers or those who prefer a simpler experience.
